During the May Library Board of Trustees Meeting, the conservative Christian group called the “Freedom Fathers” continued their attack against books with LGBTQ themes. Ironically, several of those who complained about children having access to so-called “pornographic” materials came armed with posters containing excerpts from those very same materials, showing pictures of genitalia and sexual acts in front of children who were in attendance.
